Notes:

  • Each club is required to arrange at least one vocational visit per team member during their hosting period.
  • Clubs are encouraged to involve neighbouring clubs in their activities, and joint meetings are recommended.
  • If possible, the visiting team are to be involved in local festivals, theatre, art shows, music festivals and markets.
  • Where possible, the visiting team are to be given the opportunity for religious observations.
  • Rest is most important, and Sundays should be kept as clear as transfer activities make possible.
  • Would ‘changeover’ clubs please liaise to arrange the most convenient changeover, both for each other and for the visiting team?
  • As team members may be reticent to ask to have laundry done, host families are encouraged to ask their visitors for their laundry.

Further information will be posted as available.
